What’s Included?

  • We’ll go into your website and make edits to a specific page (for up to an hour). This is perfect if you messed something up and need help fixing it, or if you need help changing something real quick.

    *Quick Fixes are available for Squarespace websites only.

  • We’ll video chat and brainstorm with you for up to an hour answering any website-related questions that you have. How we can help the most:

    For new business owners:

    • Where to start when building your first website.

    • How to choose the right platforms and online tools for your business.

    • Brainstorming ideas for your website’s design, layouts, organization, and flow.

    For existing business owners:

    • Reviewing your website and providing feedback on how to improve or modernize your content and brand.

    • Help navigating big decisions, such as website redesigns and platform switches.

    *Even though we specialize in Squarespace, you can still book a Quick Question session if your website is hosted on another platform.

How This Works

Step 1: Book Your Session

You’ll book a 1-hour time slot in our calendar. Payment is up-front. You’ll receive an automatic email with a calendar invitation and more information.

Step 2: Prepare Ahead of Time

To get the most out of the experience, we’ll have you email us your questions, Squarespace website access, and any other relevant information ahead of time.

Step 3: Show Up / Follow Through

For Quick Fixes: We’ll make edits to your website during our scheduled time. Once we’re done, we’ll email you the finished result and any additional information that might be helpful.

For Quick Questions: On the day of our session, we'll video chat for up to 1-hour during our scheduled time. We’ll send you a follow-up email afterward with any relevant notes and links from our conversation.

Step 4: Wrap Up, Relax, and Celebrate!

At the end of our session, we’ll give each other virtual high-fives, say goodbye for now, and decide whether or not you need to book another session. After that, it’s time to sit back, relax, and celebrate!

    (1) Book an additional Quick Fix / Quick Question session to knock it out.

    (2) If you need significantly more help, we may recommend that you book a 4-hour VIP Day with us instead.

  • Yes and No

    Quick Questions are applicable for other website platforms, as long as your question isn’t related to the functionality of the platform itself.

    Quick Fixes are only available for Squarespace websites.

  • Nope, unless you need any of the following items, which are not included in our Quick Fix / Quick Question session prices:

    ✗ Squarespace website subscriptions

    ✗ Domain name purchases

    ✗ 3rd party app subscriptions

    ✗ Custom website templates, fonts, or graphic design kits

    *If you need to purchase any of those items during our session, we'll guide you through the process to ensure that you're purchasing exactly what you need. We'll also help you apply any of our affiliate discounts to save you some $$.

  • When you book a Quick Fix / Quick Question session, you are committing to a 1-hour work session with us. We do not offer refunds once a Quick Fix / Quick Question session is complete. If we finish your project a few minutes before our time runs out, we can answer other website-related questions that you have.

    *Due to the fast-paced nature of this service, refunds and rescheduling are not permitted once you’ve booked your session.
